We’re excited to announce our new foundation, Youth Matters, will provide opportunities for local disadvantaged and disengaged youth, to gain access to a range of recreational programs, activities, employment and training pathways.

From January 2023 the Youth Matters Foundation will invite expressions of interest directly from young people in our community, their families or referrals from their health professionals.

AmAble Community Services is committed to principles of inclusivity and has long been concerned about the high numbers of young people in our community who do not have access to other types of funding and supports and inevitably fall through the gaps.

Young people accessing services via the foundation will be able to choose from a range of social programs, special events, training and employment pathway programs.

The foundation will hold its inaugural gala dinner on Saturday 22nd July 2023 with a huge gala event at Truffleduck, a beautiful historic venue, located at Fyansford. There will be delicious food stations, themed bars, music and a special guest comedian hosting and tickets for this special event will go on sale in the new year.

Opportunities are available to sponsor food and drink stations, along with donations with items that can be auctioned during the night.
